The room was huge with a big-size sofa, had a good night's sleep. Amazing service was offered in this hotel. I didn't expect to get concierge service for free, you guys rock. the hotel is in a great location for trips to Halong Bay or Sapa.

Ideal and spotless hotel; the rooms are well decorated. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with December temperature and sofa, for example and care about everyone. All in all they offer excellent service. Attentive staff and excellent and unbeatable location make it a great choice!

The stay was absolutely really amazing. It was chilled-out base for travelling to Hanoi, I was glad to stay there. This location was particularly good and magnificent, close enough to night markets, halong bay and cleaner restaurants. Hoan Kiem district was worth visiting.

Chloe, the tour organizer, was professional and helpful, making our stay even more memorable.
